Evidence
Analytics and research go in before pixels
Business requirements, drop-offs, interviews, the market. Synthesised with an LLM so the pattern surfaces sooner.
Craft
Systems, states and the unglamorous details
Type, hierarchy, empty states, errors. Fifty variations of a section in Figma, then one chosen deliberately.
Ship
I stay with it through the build
I build the front end myself in Claude Code or Cursor, so the intent survives. Then measure what actually changed.
